Fillmore Bakeshop is a wonderful neighborhood bakery, and the princess cake is my absolute favorite. It is beautifully made, light, creamy, and perfectly balanced without being overly sweet. Every layer is delicious, and it always tastes incredibly fresh. The pastries and cakes are consistently excellent, and the staff is friendly and welcoming. Whether I need something special for a celebration or simply want a favorite treat, Fillmore Bakeshop never disappoints.

Decent pastries. I grabbed a bear claw. The filling was sweet but not overpowering, but the dough was not my favorite. Seemed like they had good variety and stock around 11am on a weekday. Very efficient service. A few tables for eating inside but not suitable for large groups. Parks nearby are available for consumption! If I were in the area, I'd be happy to stop in.

Ordered a Saint Honore cake for my partner’s birthday and it was a hit at the party. People kept asking where we got it from. I love this version with the perfect cream puffs and fresh raspberries. It was a bit pricier than others I was able to find online, but definitely worth it. I called in the order a few weeks before and then called the morning of to check when it would be done and it was ready for pick up a few hours early. Highly recommended!

Picked up an order I reserved a couple weeks ago and very happy with my purchase and visit. Staff member that helped me was polite and friendly. And the location is easy to find since it's a corner shop. I ordered a princess cake, and it is absolutely delicious! Cake is light and fluffy, pastry cream tastes like good quality vanilla, and raspberry jam is the perfect tartness. So happy I found this bakery, I've been searching for princess cake for years! They were also able to accommodate my request of no dye being added to my cake, which I'm so grateful for! However, please keep in mind I made my order weeks in advance if you'd like to request the same customization.

Only got the pastrami croissant with cornichons (one inside and one staked on top, so yes, technically plural, lol). It was good but not worth the price. Took it to go, so I can’t speak to the full experience of dining in, but it looked clean, quiet, and easy to grab a seat and table around 10am on a Tuesday.
